Some of you might know that I am constantly exploring new master healers around the world and consider myself a bit of an expert on them.
It is important to me to know that I am dealing with the “real deal” when it comes to spiritual healing, advice, and most importantly, transformation.
From past experiences, I came to the following realizations:

Daily activities:
* You will rise with a Group sun meditation on a tranquil magnificent beach.
* Silent breakfast followed by morning Private session with Shaman of your choice.
* Local fresh catch of the day for lunch (silent meal follow by conversations to share experiences).
* Group Meditation at Yoga room. (Start with light Yoga)
* Afternoon Private session with Shaman of your choice.
* Local fresh catch of the day dinner (silent meal follow by conversations to share experiences).
* After dinner, Transformational teaching by Shamans, Mystics, and our shaman trained Medical Doctor.
* At night, Group evening fire ceremony with all Shamans.

*Explore and walk in the jungle and experience Temazcal sweat lodge ritual with local Shaman.
(A Temazcal is a type of sweat lodge which originated in ancient Mexico with pre-Hispanic indigenous people. The word temazcal comes from the Nahuati word temazcalli (house of heat).
In Mesoamerica, it was used as part of elite warriors and athletes' routines before and after battles or imperial ball games.
It was also used by healers to cure the sick, or to help women give birth.
During this solemn and symbolic ceremony, a Shaman will guide you through the antique protocol and invoke the four elements to purify your mind, body and soul. Challenge your senses, and inherit an ancient wisdom that will propel you forward, day after day.

From past retreat, I witnessed that some of us have an addiction with our phones and social media and cannot stay focused into the precious, and sacred moment which is Eternity. Please leave your cell phones in your villa.
